The former president of Nigeria, Olusegun Obasanjo, today stated that he didn't have any responsibility for the state of the country's poor power generation industry. $16 billion was spent, but not a single bit of improvement was made ! What you guys think? Corruption and neglect, or not?

The government has no responsibility for generating the country's power industry? Who then is responsible? They seem to be blaming the armed groups that have been attacking various oil factories and have been kidnapping many oil workers.

Well Obasanjo can't get away by saying that state has no responsibility. That is absolutely incorrect. Government is suppose to be helping people, that their job.
Its all becoz of corruption and Neglect, indeed.
