You, the user, are solely responsible for your own User Submissions and the consequences of posting or publishing them. You also hereby affirm that you own or have obtained the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions in relation to your submission
You the user retain all of your ownership rights in your User Submissions. But by submitting User Submissions to Forgotten Journalist, you hereby grant Forgotten Journalist a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Submissions in connection with the Forgotten Journalist Website and Forgotten Journalist (and its successor's) business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Forgotten Journalist Website (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.
